Job Description Job Description Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (with
1-year work commitment) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30
PM | Day Shift Required Skills & Experience 0–1 year of related
clinical experience. Working knowledge of disease state management
and healthcare delivery processes. Strong interpersonal, written,
and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize,
and work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated patient
care and PC/computer skills. Completion of an accredited Practical
Nursing Program or equivalent coursework approved by the State
Board of Nursing. Valid State of Oklahoma or Multi-State LPN
License (required). BLS Certification (preferred). Company
