Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Commercial Construction Superintendent to join their team in the Northwest Arkansas Area. This role will offer long term development and provide the successful candidate with exposure to both ground up and interior renovation construction within light industrial, commercial interiors, higher education, and K-12 markets. It is a mid-sized General Contractor with a stable pipeline of diverse projects. The Commercial Superintendent will:
Minimum of five (5) year's experience managing multiple commercial projects up to $10 million.
Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to create material take-offs.
College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.

The successful Superintendent (Construction) candidate will have:
Experience leading commercial construction projects (5+ years)
Experience with building inspection process and procedures
Experience reviewing construction documents (submittals, plans, specifications, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Bachelors degree in a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
Excellent backlog of projects for years to come
