Website:Summary of Job Duties:The Workday Integrated Support - Finance Lead is responsible for
understanding and working toward the resolution of Finance issues as they relate to the Workday ERP System for the University of Arkansas -
Fayetteville by bringing together the appropriate individuals, units, and/or subject matter experts as may be necessary. This position
analyzes and determines the priority of Workday Finance issues at the University level and manages coordination with Project One at the UA
System Level for the Finance area. In addition, this position provides a forward-looking and strategic focus to the evaluation of and
planning for, future use and needs within the Workday System. The Finance Lead works closely with the University's Workday Integrated
Support - HCM team to anticipate upcoming issues and needs impacting the University and develops and implements plans to address those
needs. The Finance Lead manages the University's Tier 2 support for Workday Finance, coordinates Finance user groups, promotes knowledge
sharing, and assimilates feedback for communication to Project One. The Finance Lead also serves as a point of escalation for support
tickets and functions as the gatekeeper for tickets escalated to Project One while also monitoring Project One tickets and promoting a high
level of visibility for stakeholders. The Finance Lead provides campus communication and oversight of the Workday ERP bi-annual system
updates and Coordinates testing efforts in support of changes introduced to Workday via Project One.Regular, reliable, and
non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships
with others.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:

  • The formal education equivalent of
    a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
  • A minimum of three
    years of experience in a finance/accounting/procurement or related field
  • A minimum of three years training
    experience
  • Experience in the administration of ERP System implementation and ongoing support operationsPreferred
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in the administration of ERP System implementation and ongoing support operations in the Workday ERP
      System
    • Experience with the Workday ERP System with a particular emphasis on Workday Finance
    • Experience in working or
      training on Finance and Procurement topics - particular in the Higher Education field
    • Six Sigma, Project Management, or other
      process certification
    • Business process analysis experience
    • Project management experienceKnowledge, Skills &
