Job Description Job Description This role supports daily insurance operations by assisting with policy processing, documentation, data entry, and reporting. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Assist with processing new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations using designated systems Enter, load, and maintain accurate data in appropriate systems; assist with researching and resolving data discrepancies as needed Generate, review, and distribute policy documents, certificates of insurance, and other related materials Prepare, update, and maintain routine and ad hoc reports Assist in reviewing billing status and making adjustments when necessary Ensure accuracy and completeness of forms, records, and documentation Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations Job Requirements & Qualifications 2 years of recent administrative experience Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Fast and accurate data entry skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information for accuracy Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour Search managed by: Kelly Martin Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
