Marvin, a premier, family-owned manufacturer of custom windows and doors, is searching for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial strategy and health of our product development projects. In this strategic role, the Finance Manager will not only manage financial assessments and budgeting but also drive profitability analysis for new and existing products. This position is critical in supporting Marvins commitment to enhancing living environments with superiorly designed, functional, and economic product solutions. Develop financial models and conduct market analysis for new product development. Manage, forecast, and analyze budgets for product development projects. Collaborate with product managers and R&D teams to assess financial feasibility of new product ideas. Lead the financial strategic planning sessions for product portfolio enhancements. Report on profitability analysis and optimize product costing structures. Ensure compliance with financial procedures, regulations, and corporate governance. Participate in key decision-making with senior management related to product investment and strategy. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting Advanced analytical skills and expertise in profitability analysis Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work closely with senior management and department heads Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost control Proficient with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPA or CMA preferred MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration considered a plus
