Physician – Compensation and Pension Veterans’ Health
Administration Fayetteville, AR The Veterans Health Care System of
the Ozarks, in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a full-time, Physician-
Compensation and Pension. We are fully committed to providing top
quality medical care by serving and honoring America’s Veterans.
Candidates must possess an active, current, unrestricted license in
any U.S. State. Highlights/Duties of this opportunity: Potential
starting salary range: $200,000-$235,000 per year Permanent
full-time position Daily schedule, Monday-Friday, 7:30a.m.-4:00p.m.
or Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. Performs and records history and
physical examinations and records data from clinic visits. Enters
progress notes in computerized medical records and completes
workload documentation in a timely manner. Provides timely
follow-up on results, including completion of view alerts.
Completes Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQ) to provide
medical information for C&P disability examinations, as
requested by VBA, in support of disability claims adjudication.
Completes C&P disability examinations, following established
process/procedure as outlined in the Veterans Health Administration
(VHA) office of Disability and Medical Assessment (DMA)
Compensation and Pension (C&P) Disability examinations
