Job Description:
Sares-Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance
Supervisor III to join our dynamic team overseeing maintenance
operations at our premier commercial and residential properties.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the
integrity and high-quality standards of our properties, employing
innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This
position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced

working spaces. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the
maintenance staff across multiple properties. Develop and implement
maintenance procedures and ensure adherence to best practices and
safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to
identify necessary repairs or preventive maintenance. Prioritize
and assign repair tasks; track and monitor the completion and
quality of work performed. Coordinate with various departments,
contractors, and vendors to facilitate renovations, repairs, and
other maintenance projects. Prepare and manage the maintenance
budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Implement
energy-saving measures and sustainability initiatives within the
maintenance operations. Train and mentor team members, promoting a
culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Strong leadership
and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and
time-management abilities Proficient in using property management
software Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and
carpentry systems Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Maintenance Manager (CMM) preferred HVAC certification Knowledge of
OSHA regulations and safety standards in property management
