We hire people who buck boredom, embrace change, and are always searching for innovative ways to solve complex problems.Working with the whole Marketing Department, the Graphic Design Intern will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience collaborating cross-functionally while adding value to their personal portfolio. This role will be responsible for following the cycle of a successful farm launch on our platform and, depending on experience, possible motion graphic work. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest and curiosity in agriculture, finance, and technology, and is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced high-growth environment. -Core Responsibilities:

• You will assist with the facilitation and completion of a farm launch on the AcreTrader platform
• You will edit and revise slide decks -
• You will translate data from Excel into digestible and easy-to-read graphs
• You will work quickly to edit images, curate stock images, and deliver any last-minute graphics for webinars or farm launches
• You may create AcreTrader and Acres branded motion graphics
• You will offer and receive consistent feedbackKey Competencies:
  • You have 2+ years of Graphic Design Coursework experience -
  • You are majoring in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or similar
  • You have a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite -
  • You have an up-to-date portfolio of work to share -
  • You are comfortable with Google Suite -
  • You are familiar with Asana
  • You are available to work onsite in Fayetteville, AR
