to Build your Future The Senior UX Designer is a senior-level
individual contributor responsible for leading the design of user
interfaces and visual experiences across digital products. This
role focuses on creating visually compelling, user-centered designs
that enhance the overall user experience. The Senior UX Designer
will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product
management, engineering, and marketing, to deliver designs that
align with both user needs and business goals. A career with

schedules. Your Responsibilities on the Team Lead the design
process for key projects, from concept to final delivery, ensuring
high-quality, user-centered designs. Create wireframes, mockups,
prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design
ideas and meet project objectives. Collaborate with product
managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned
with technical requirements. Conduct user research and usability
testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Apply
user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging user
experiences. Advocate for the user in all design discussions,
ensuring that designs meet user needs and expectations. Develop and
maintain visual design guidelines and design systems that ensure
consistency across all digital products. Create visually compelling
designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and elevate the user
experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best
practices, applying them to enhance visual design quality. Work
closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions
are aligned with business goals and user needs. Participate in
design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to
improve overall design quality. Collaborate with developers to
ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Monitor the performance of designs post-launch, gathering feedback
and analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI or visual design,
with a proven track record of delivering successful digital
products. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction,
Fine Arts, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be
considered. Certification in UX/UI design or visual design;
considered a plus. Strong expertise in UX and visual design; deep
understanding of user-centered design principles and best
practices. Advanced skills in design tools; proficiency in Sketch,
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Excellent
communication skills; ability to present and explain design
concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong
collaboration skills; experience working effectively in
cross-functional teams. Ability to conduct user research and
usability testing; translating insights into actionable design
improvements. High level of attention to detail; ensuring accuracy
and consistency in all design work. Experience in designing for a
variety of platforms; including web, mobile, and responsive design.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies; knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact design. Experience with
design systems; maintaining consistency across large-scale
projects. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: This is
primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent
to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear,
bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger
dexterity is necessary. This description outlines the basic
