Salary: $60,000–$88,000/year up to 10% bonus Shift: Days Location: Springfield, MO Benefits: Full benefits package About the Role This Manufacturing Engineer supports tooling, process improvements, and capital projects across the plant. The role partners with production and engineering to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while supporting Engineered-to-Order work. Job Responsibilities Lead capital projects involving equipment, tooling, layouts, and material handling Drive manufacturing improvements using KPI-based and root-cause methodologies Develop and deliver training on new or improved tooling, machines, and procedures Support new product development and Engineered-to-Order projects for manufacturability Implement and sustain 5S and housekeeping standards Collaborate cross-functionally to improve daily operations and costing accuracy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 1–3 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience preferred Knowledge of metal fabrication, machining, welding, and manufacturing processes Lean or continuous improvement experience AutoCAD required; Microsoft Office proficiency Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills If you are interested, please apply!
