Job Description Job Description Master Automotive Technician - Monday - Friday, HEAT & AC, $100k PLUS Potential -5-day work week (We are closed weekends) -8 Paid holidays -5 days of PTO after 90 days the first year. 10 days of PTO after 2 years. -100%. Paid Traditional Health Insurance -1% IRA match -Company Paid Training -Service Advisors who can sell your work -A team that wants to help you succeed -Family owned We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician with their Missouri State Inspection license that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create a great environment. We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
