Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY The Brand Level Project Manager will coordinate
people and processes to ensure that the brand level engineering
projects are delivered on time and produce desired results. This
position will develop detailed project plans, ensure resource
availability and allocation, and deliver every project on time and
within budget and scope. These projects will include iterative
updates to current products, engineering changes, production line
moves and new equipment implementation. CORE FUNCTIONS Develop
detailed project plans to track progress across the assigned brand
using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Coordinate
internal resources and third-party vendors for execution of
projects. Working with site leadership and vendors to determine
availability of resources. Monitor and report on project
performance; this includes product development timelines such as
tooling, manufacturing, or purchase of products according to timely
release. Responsible for reporting and communicating metrics and
KPIs as it relates to the project. Track status and timing of all
engineering design and process changes. Includes new application
releases, obsolescence, CI activities and OEM programs changes.
Facilitate weekly change notice meetings and reports. Provide
timing and feedback to PMO office to support corporate aftermarket
and OEM programs as needed. Ensure compliance to all PMO standards
for Project Management (processes, forms, reporting etc.)
throughout the Centers of Excellence. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field
required 3 years of related experience required. Required Licenses
CAPM or PMP preferred. Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Skilled in
Microsoft Office products, including Excel. Ability to read,
analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional
journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and others.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,
interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic
algebra and geometry. Ability to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret
an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or
diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory
responsibilities. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position is subject to
sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to
lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the
human body. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time.
Walking and standing are required only occasionally. Physical
Activities This position is subject to the following physical
activities: standing, walking, talking, hearing, and the use of
hands, wrists, or fingers in a repetitive motion. Visual Acuity The
worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an
activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures;
transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading;
visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or
operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement
devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close
to the eyes. Working Conditions This position primarily operates in
an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
