        Quarterly Bonus based on Quarterly Company Sales Goals:
        • Bronze Goal: 1 Day Pay Bonus
        • Silver Goal: 3 Days Pay Bonus
        • Gold Goal: 5 Days Pay Bonus

          • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance paid at 75% for employee and 25% for family (subject to change based on renewals) *eligible after first 60 days of employment
          • Matching 401K of up to 4% of your salary after meeting qualification criteria
          • PTO After 60 days of hire date:
            • 5 days per year from 60 days-3 years
            • 10 days per year after 3 years
            • 15 days per year after 5 years
            • 20 days per year after 10 years

              Now on to the details for The Account Manager (Sales Process Execution and Customer Service) position includes the following responsibilities:
              • Customer service and customer retention
              • Oversee and work as a team with other staff on all orders from beginning to end, which includes all steps between the initial design idea and the final delivery of the product
              • Serve as a liaison between the customer and the art and production departments
              • Quick to respond - efficient and timely
              • Communicate in an organized, clear, and concise manner via email and phone to effectively curate and maintain customer relationships
              • Cost analysis and pricing on each order
              • Manage sales of online products by loading jobs on e-commerce website
              • Monitor and report the success of each customer account

                Workweek Overview: 4 Day In-House, 1 Day Remote
