Summary of Job Duties:Under the direction of the Men's and Women's Head Coaches, the Director of Operations will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of golf operations for the Men's and Women's golf programs in the Athletic Department.

This position will also require coaching duties related to practice, competition, and recruiting.

Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learningAt least three years of related experiencePrior experience in golf industry as a varsity player, coach or administrator
Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher learningPrior working experience as a Director of Operations in the golf industryFormer collegiate golf experience as a player and/or coachPrior working experience in collegiate athletics
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of the NCAA and Southeastern Conference rules and regulationsStrong technical literacy including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Outstanding communication, organizational, and people skills
