What You'll Do:
The Senior Digital Risk Manager will assist the division in
identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring the operational,
strategic, financial, technical, and other risks of the division.
This position will execute the risk management program, which
includes performing and facilitating risk assessments, connecting
the risks across reporting responsibility and assisting the
divisional Digital Risk Leader in prioritizing risk mitigation
efforts. This position will work in partnership with many
stakeholders including Digital division leaders and risk
representatives from other divisions.

What Experience You'll Need:
--- Bachelor's degree (business or Information Systems/Technology
preferred)
--- 2+ years internal audit, risk management, compliance, or
internal control experience with comprehensive knowledge of process
analysis and control design techniques
--- 5+ years Information Technology or IT Risk and Controls
experience
--- CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications
What Could Set You Apart:
--- Ability to understand data flows, sources, and data
transformations across multiple domains and transform data from
multiple sources as needed for analysis.
--- Proficient with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBi,
etc.
Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our
Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to
work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday
through Thursday

range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is
