We are seeking a dedicated Plant Manager to oversee our Rogers, AR manufacturing operations and contribute to our mission of delivering quality food products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in our continuing growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations with 3 direct reports and 6 indirect reports to ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and
regulatory standards.
Manage a team of supervisors and production staff, across 3 shifts, promoting a positive work environment and fostering
professional growth.
Monitor and ensure an efficient production schedule to meet inventory requirements and maximize productivity.
Coordinate with the team to identify opportunities to reduce waste.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs and enhance production
processes.
Prepare and manage plant objectives and engage staff to ensure goals are met.
Work with the R&D and Quality Assurance teams to effectively implement new products and processes.
Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities to avoid unscheduled interruptions.Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within the food production industry.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of production operations and food safety regulations (e.g., GFSI, FDA and/or USDA, HACCP).
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
