The Lewis Automotive Group is currently seeking a SALES MANAGER for our New Fayetteville Ford location. We are a family-owned and operated automotive group that has been in business for more than 75 years and growing! The Lewis Group began in 1946 with only six vehicles on the lot and has grown to six location throughout Northwest Arkansas and more than 1,000 in inventory. We are at the head of the automotive industry in both Sales and Service and strive for excellence in all that we do. Lewis Automotive knows that it is our team that makes the real difference and is key to our current and future success. As a Sales Manager, your duties would include, but are not limited to:

• Daily training,
• Marketing,
• Advertising,
• Motivating Sales team,
• Inventory management,
• Goal setting,
• Appraising of trade-in vehicles,
• Employee reviews and other Sales/Management duties. Applicants should be well-qualified (previous automotive sales experience required), have management/supervisory skills, be a self-starter, able to multi-task, have exceptional customer service skills, be organized and always willing to adjust as customer and team needs change and develop. All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have a clean driving record (no moving violations, accidents or tickets within the past three years). Applicants will have the opportunity to have a day off during the week and every Sunday off (all staff at this location are required to work every Saturday). Lewis offers the following benefits:
