Home Health Clinical Director (RN)Care IV Home Health, a locally owned and operated home health agency in Fayetteville, is eagerly seeking a full-time, highly skilled, and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as the Clinical Director. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations for our Fayetteville, Arkansas, territory. Your contribution as a Home Health Clinical Director with Care IV is crucial to our mission of providing reputable skilled medical home health services to our patients.We are looking for a dedicated individual with Home Health, OASIS, and management experience to join our team. The successful candidate will report to our Regional Director of Clinical Operations and will play a key role in our continued success.
