Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage tax preparation and planning for individual, corporate, partnership, and trust clients
Review and ensure accuracy of tax returns prepared by staff
Provide tax advisory services and develop tax strategies to optimize client outcomes
Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff members
Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to address their tax-related concerns
Assist in business development efforts to attract new clients and expand service offerings

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $100K - $150K
