This person will play a crucial role in the agency by managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. This position requires someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling inquiries effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and customer service. Having a Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance license is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Support clients through the insurance application process, policy changes, renewals, and claims.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, facilitating communication between clients and various departments.
Provide education and support to clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health Insurance license if not already licensed.
