SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES
The Supply Chain Management Research Center is a Walton College outreach center focused on connecting Walton students and faculty with business leaders in the supply chain management community. The Director will be the managing director of the Center and will be responsible for directing the Center in pursuing and achieving its purpose. The Director will oversee the formulation and implementation of the Center s strategic initiatives. The Director will also have responsibility for managing Center staff and financial resources as well as ensuring alignment between the Center, its sponsors, and the broader business community.
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

* Bachelor s degree in a business or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
* A minimum of seven years of work experience in roles related to supply chain management

* Master s, Ph.D. or D.B.A. degree in a business or related field from an accredited institution of higher education

* Proven record of outstanding written and oral presentation skills and proven track record of demonstrating impact
