Pay Information $2,000 to $2,160 per week About The Position Job Duties & Responsibilities: Provides direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Complexity of Work: Within the scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment,t and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
