Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver exceptional patient
care while maintaining professional accountability for the patients
assigned to you. You will assess the overall effectiveness of care
provided by other caregivers and coordinate patient care in
collaboration with various departments. Upholding patient rights
and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information are
essential aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will be

standards. Position Overview: Additional Job Information Education:
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s
Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: It is your responsibility to
secure and maintain a valid RN license in the state of employment
or under compact licensure, ensuring compliance with all state
nursing board regulations. Certifications: Must possess Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association or
complete the course within 30 days of employment. Physical Demands:
This role requires the ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up
to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are necessary throughout
each shift. Must be capable of gripping, reaching, bending,
kneeling, twisting, and squatting to fulfill job responsibilities.
