You will be accountable for the care provided to your assigned
patients, ensuring professional standards are upheld. Additionally,
you will assess the effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers and collaborate with various departments to coordinate
patient care. Upholding patient rights and maintaining
confidentiality of patient information is paramount. All

standards. Position Overview: Education: Must have completed a
nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure:
It is your responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license
in the state of employment or under compact licensure, fulfilling
all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association or
completion of the course within 30 days of employment. Depending on
the specific role or unit, additional certifications may be
required within a designated timeframe, including but not limited
to: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
BLS (Basic Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification) Other
unit-specific certifications as necessary. Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged
standing and walking are required throughout each shift. Capability
to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill job
