Overview: In this role, you will apply the nursing process to
deliver exceptional patient care. You will hold professional
accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and
assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other direct
caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate
patient care is essential. You will also uphold patient rights and
ensure the confidentiality of patient information. Your

standards. Position Highlights: Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift: New
Graduate Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Emergency
Department Registered Nurse Hours: 36 hours per week, Night shifts
Location: Our Hospital in Festus, MO 63028 Qualifications:
Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
(Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: It is your
responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license in the
state of employment, including any compact licensure, and to
fulfill all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: -
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart
Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days
