Details: New Graduate RN Residency Program Our organization offers
a dedicated RN residency program aimed at facilitating the
transition for newly licensed registered nurses from academic
settings to confident, independent nursing practice. This
structured, evidence-based program includes comprehensive
departmental orientation, hands-on clinical training, and
continuous mentorship to ensure a seamless entry into your nursing
career. Participants will collaborate with experienced preceptors,

residency program is scheduled to commence on February 16, 2026.
Duration: This one-year program provides extensive support and
training to assist new nurses in navigating their initial year of

nursing. Department Opportunities: New graduates will have
placement options in the following departments: Med/Tele: A 22-bed
unit catering to a diverse patient population, including
post-operative patients with potential chest tubes and surgical
drains, peritoneal dialysis, and cardiac patients requiring
non-titratable drips. Career Path: Ideal for those considering a
future in cardiac or neuro-specific critical care, procedural
nursing, or post-operative/PACU nursing. Ratio: 6:1 Cardiac/Neuro:
A 24-bed unit specializing in care for patients with cardiac and
neurological conditions, including strokes, seizures, altered
mental status, and cardiac arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation.
Career Path: Suitable for nurses interested in emergency care, cath
lab, interventional radiology, or critical care. Ratio: 6:1
Med/Surg: A 48-bed mixed unit providing comprehensive care for both
acute and chronic patients, including those with pneumonia,
oncology needs, post-operative care, and chronic disease
management. Career Path: Perfect for nurses seeking a broad skill
set and a strong foundation in nursing, preparing them for success
in any nursing specialty. Ratio: 6:1 Ortho/Surgical: A 22-bed clean
surgical unit focusing on joint, back, and specialty surgeries.
Career Path: A great starting point for nurses aspiring to work in
surgery, sports medicine, or orthopedics. Ratio: 6:1 Eligibility
Criteria: Experience: 12 months or less of RN experience Education:
Nursing degree from an accredited institution License: Temporary RN
Arkansas license or RN compact license Certifications: Basic Life
