Summary: This role involves applying the nursing process to deliver
patient care effectively. You will be professionally accountable
for the care provided to your assigned patients and will assess the
overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. You
will also coordinate patient care in collaboration with various
departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are
upheld. All responsibilities should be carried out in alignment
with our mission, values, and service standards. Requirements:
Education : Completion of a nursing program (Associate’s Degree,
Diploma, or BSN). Licensure : Responsible for obtaining and
maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment and/or
compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications : Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30
days of employment. Depending on the position/unit, additional
certifications may be required within a specified timeframe,
including: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six
Assessment & Care Modules C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification) Other
unit-specific certifications as necessary Physical Demands :
Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged standing and walking are required during each shift.
Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill
job duties. This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per
week, typically consisting of two 12-hour shifts from 1:00 pm to
