Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver exceptional patient
care while maintaining professional accountability for the patients
assigned to you. You will assess the overall effectiveness of care
provided by other direct caregivers and collaborate with various
departments to coordinate patient care. Upholding patient rights
and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information are
essential aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will be

standards. Position Overview: Job Title: Registered Nurse
Department: Surgical Center Shift: PRN Qualifications: Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
Licensure: It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain a
current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license,
ensuring compliance with all state board of nursing regulations.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to push, pull, or lift up to
50 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
during each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and
squat is necessary to perform job duties. Experience: A minimum of
1 year in Pre/Post, ICU, or Emergency Department nursing is
required, with 2 years preferred. Certifications: Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association, or
successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Why
