Registered Nurse (RN) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Fayetteville Health

compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate resident
care. This role blends hands-on nursing with clinical oversight,
ensuring quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. $10,000
Sign-On Bonus available for qualified RNs. Assess resident
conditions and develop individualized care plans Administer
medications and treatments per physician orders Coordinate care
with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Assist with admissions,
discharges, and care transitions Respond to clinical emergencies
and changes in condition Maintain compliance with state, federal,
and facility standards Active Arkansas RN license Long-term care or
skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to work flexible

bonus Unit Manager (RN) Fayetteville Health and Rehab -
Fayetteville, AR The Unit Manager (RN) is a clinical leadership
role responsible for overseeing a designated nursing unit, ensuring
high-quality resident care, staff performance, and regulatory
compliance. Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned unit
Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Ensure care plans are followed and updated appropriately Monitor
quality indicators, audits, and clinical outcomes Coordinate with
physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams Address resident
and family concerns professionally and promptly Ensure compliance
with state, federal, and facility regulations Participate in
performance improvement and staff development initiatives Active
Arkansas RN license Previous leadership or charge nurse experience
preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly
