Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions Respond to clinical emergencies and changes in condition Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards Active Arkansas RN license Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to work flexible schedules as needed Competitive pay, benefits, and $10,000 sign-on bonus Unit Manager (RN) Fayetteville Health and Rehab - Fayetteville, AR The Unit Manager (RN) is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing a designated nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
