Position Details: Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift: Graduate Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Hours: 36 hours per week, Night Shift Location: Our Hospital in Festus, MO 63028 Our Behavioral Health Services offer a structured and therapeutic setting for individuals facing psychiatric illnesses, behavioral disorders, and substance dependency. Our committed multidisciplinary team fosters a therapeutic program designed to assist those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication management, individual and group therapy, and relapse prevention strategies. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: It is your responsibility to secure and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license, fulfilling all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Why Join Us?
