Position: The RN-Specialty position is focused on delivering
high-quality nursing care and supporting physicians in the
treatment of patients within a healthcare setting. Key
responsibilities encompass clinical documentation, effective
communication with patients, and executing medical treatments while

Candidates must possess a nursing degree, a valid state license,
CPR certification, and the capability to operate clinical equipment

professional nursing care to patients under the guidance of
physicians. The RN will assist in patient treatment and manage
associated clinical documentation. The individual in this role is
expected to embody our organization's philosophy of caring for the

and professional demeanor is essential when engaging with patients,

procedures. Position Details: Qualifications Education: Completion
of an accredited nursing program. Knowledge: Understanding of
nursing principles, care procedures, examination techniques, and
treatment protocols. Familiarity with medications, patient
education, self-care program development, and safety practices is
essential. Licensure: Must hold a current valid state nursing
license. Experience: No prior experience is required.
Certifications: CPR certification is required or must be obtained
within 90 days of employment. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Proficiency in assisting with various medical treatments and
procedures. Ability to remain calm and effective in emergencies.
Must interpret and apply guidelines and policies effectively.
Strong communication skills are necessary to build and maintain
relationships with patients, staff, and the public. Basic computer
skills are required, or the willingness to learn, to access
information and input clinical data. Equipment: Must be capable of
operating equipment relevant to the clinic's specialty. Preferred
