us! Position Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver
patient care while maintaining professional accountability for the
care provided to assigned patients. Assesses the overall
effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and coordinates
patient care in collaboration with other departments. Upholds
patient rights and ensures the confidentiality of patient
information. Performs responsibilities in alignment with our
mission, values, and service standards. Position Details: Sign-On
Bonus for Night Shift: Graduate Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse:
$13,000 Medical A RN 36 hours per week, Night Shift Location:
Festus, MO 63028 The Medical A floor is a fast-paced 30-bed unit
that caters to patients of all ages, many of whom are chronically
ill and require multidisciplinary treatment plans. As a member of
the healthcare team, you will educate patients on various topics,
from procedural expectations to post-discharge medication plans.

flexible, and enjoy caring for individuals from diverse
backgrounds. This role offers a rewarding experience while
enhancing your clinical knowledge and skills. Qualifications:
Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
(Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for
obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the hiring state
or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing
requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from
the American Heart Association or successful completion of the
