Diem/PRN - Rogers, Arkansas and Nearby Areas This role provides
adaptable, per diem Registered Nurse (RN) positions across various
hospital departments, including Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency,
and Women's & Children's units. Candidates should possess recent
bedside nursing experience and relevant certifications. The
position offers flexible scheduling and shift incentives, focusing
on delivering high-quality patient care, coordination, and
compliance with healthcare standards within our organization in
Rogers, Arkansas, and surrounding areas. Discover your passion with
us! Overview: Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver
patient care while maintaining professional accountability for the
care of assigned patients. You will assess the overall
effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers and coordinate
patient care with various departments. Upholding patient rights and
confidentiality is essential, and all duties should align with our
mission, values, and service standards. Position Details: Per
Diem/Flexible RN Role Attention Nurses! Incentives: $40/hour base
pay Variable shift incentives W-2 employment status Minimum of one
shift every 90 days Available shifts: 4, 8, or 12 hours Work when
and where you prefer! Day and night shifts available in NICU
Overview: Are you looking for a flexible RN position with
incentives? You can choose between day or night shifts based on
your preference! There are no mandatory weekend, holiday, or shift
requirements. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program entails
being responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being
available on short notice, and being adaptable to last-minute shift
cancellations. Please note that the Gig Nursing Program does not
guarantee shift hours and will be prioritized for cancellations.

Departments Seeking GIG RNs: Medical-Surgical Stepdown ICU
Emergency Department Women's & Children's Qualifications: Required
Education: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the
state of employment and meet all state board of nursing
requirements. Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN
experience for Medical-Surgical. For other specialties (ICU and
Women's Health), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN
experience is required. Certifications: For Medical-Surgical and
Women's Health (L&D, NICU, M&B) - BLS certification For
Critical Care - BLS and ACLS certifications For Emergency
Department - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Preferred
Experience: Experience with Epic software Physical Requirements:
Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Prolonged standing and walking required during each shift
Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform
