Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Clinical
Lead for our Observation Unit who aligns with our mission to

this pivotal role, you will coordinate patient care activities,
ensure adherence to healthcare standards, and lead a team of

operations of the Observation Unit ensuring efficient patient flow
and quality care. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to
safety standards. Supervise and mentor unit staff, including
organizing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and
facilitating continuing education. Collaborate with physicians,
nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop
care plans and manage patient outcomes. Ensure the unit's
compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory
healthcare standards. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to
discuss and resolve complex patient care issues. Lead initiatives
for process improvement and implementation of innovative care
practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of
healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Ability to mentor and
motivate staff. Proficient in using medical software and patient
management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid and current Registered Nurse
(RN) license. BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Certification in
leadership or healthcare management is an advantage.
