Physician Position: The Primary Care Physician role involves

Location: Tulsa, OK Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Role Overview: The Primary Care Physician at our organization is
tasked with delivering equitable and effective value-based
healthcare to local Medicare patients at our innovative
neighborhood primary care centers. Physicians in this role work
within a single medical facility, supported by extensive care
teams, allowing them to concentrate on enhancing the quality of
care rather than merely increasing the volume of services provided.

considered for a Center Medical Director role. Key
Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients at our local
clinics. Oversee and manage primary care services. Prescribe and
administer medications and treatments. Maintain patient electronic
medical records using Canopy and Greenway. Collaborate with
regional and central leadership to achieve health quality targets.
Work alongside Practice Managers to lead and manage the center's
care team. Perform additional duties as assigned. Essential
Qualifications: Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy
(D.O.) degree. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family
Medicine (or board eligible). Active, unrestricted state medical
license without probation. Current DEA license. Authorization to
work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in
Geriatrics. Experience in treating geriatric populations.
Familiarity with a Value-Based Healthcare Model. Experience in a
collaborative environment to ensure positive health outcomes.
Background in outpatient primary care settings. Bilingual skills
where applicable. Expected Weekly Hours: 40 Employment Type:
Full-time Compensation Range: The anticipated salary range for this
position is: $174,070.00 - $374,920.00 This range reflects the base
hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job grade.
