Responsibilities: Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures Monitor patient status during surgeries and provide necessary interventions Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to infection control protocols Respond promptly to emergencies and adjust care as needed Document all nursing care accurately and comprehensively Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Operating Room experience Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in perioperative nursing Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Ability to work day shifts from 6 AM to 5 PM, including on-call duties Reliable permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility Contract Details: Contract position with a duration of approximately 13 weeks Immediate start available This role provides a dynamic and challenging environment for experienced OR nurses seeking to make a meaningful impact on surgical patient care.
