Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri Experience: 0 - 6 months related
experience License: Valid State Licensure in Physical Therapy
Certifications: - Must-Have: Graduation from an accredited school
of Physical Therapy Description: Provides clinical patient care by
initiating and administering appropriate treatment. Progresses
patient treatment as appropriate. Carries a patient load that
reflects productivity standards. Evaluates patients accurately.
Plans appropriate treatment. Sets and meets functional goals.
Revises and progresses treatment program as goals are met. Provides
instruction to patients and/or family members, as well as other
healthcare providers. Maintains appropriate treatment records.
Completes accurate daily patient documentation. Completes patient
records in a timely manner. Accurately reflects procedures
performed and equipment used in documentation. Maintains technical
expertise through participation in continuing education activities.
Attends scheduled in-services and departmental meetings. Follows
care path guidelines for patient and family education and
documentation of home programs. Follows established guidelines for
daily operations. Assists with daily responsibilities as
appropriate. Schedules and prioritizes daily work assignments.
Delegates patients to support personnel as appropriate. Assists
with training of new employees. Carries out non-routine procedures
under constantly changing conditions. Coordinates activities of
others without direct supervision. Leads others in the same work
performed. Works directly with patients and customers. Engages with
other healthcare professionals and staff. Requirements Required for
