A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Joplin, Missouri is hiring a compassionate BC/BE pediatrician to join their team! As a FQHC, they serve everyone (accept most private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and self pay), but focus on the undeserved populations within their region. Opportunity Highlights Enjoy an outpatient only community health setting Pediatrician will collaborate with a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Reasonable daily patient volumes of 15-25, depending on seasonal illnesses Provided ample support staff, two per full-time provider (1 LPN and 1 MA) Recruitment Package Employed position with a salary based on MGMA Bonus potential of up to $7,000 per quarter (mix of quality, productivity, etc.) Full benefits package includes health insurance, paid malpractice, and much more Community of Joplin in Southwest Missouri Located in the southwest corner of Missouri, Joplin attracts families and young professionals, primarily due to its low cost of living.
