Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An excellent opportunity is available for a registered nurse with experience in operating room settings. This role is based in Springdale, AR and offers a contract position with a reputable healthcare facility. The position is ideal for a skilled RN seeking to apply expertise in perioperative nursing within a supportive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgery. Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operations. Monitor patients condition before, during, and after procedures. Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with protocols. Respond efficiently to emergencies and call situations as required. Qualifications and Experience: Current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas. Minimum of 2 years operating room nursing experience. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Ability to work day shifts from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus on-call duties. Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility. Contract Details: Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: Days with call responsibilities. Start: Immediate availability preferred.
