Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma,

RN license required Certifications: Required certifications include
BLS, CPI, NIHSS Must-Have: Previous charge experience is required.
Must have experience with a patient ratio of 1:6. Must have
experience using a charting system. Experience with Epic charting
system is required. Description: Responsible for providing patient
care in a medical surgical unit. Required to work nights, including
weekends. Floating to like units within scope may be necessary
based on facility needs. Assistance with total joint replacements
and orthopedic procedures will be required. Experience in the care
of patients with various diagnoses, including orthopedic and
general medicine pre and post-operative care is essential. Skills
needed include managing complex medical needs, administering
medications, and operating medical equipment. Knowledge of wound
care and management techniques is crucial. Must be able to
effectively respond to rapid changes in patient conditions.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams will be
necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care. Experience in
managing patients with central lines, chest tubes, and feeding
tubes is preferred. Required to adhere to isolation precautions and
manage infection control practices. Maintain a positive and
professional demeanor when interacting with patients and staff.
