Job Description:
PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Director of
Rehab to lead our post-hospital rehabilitation services. This
pivotal role involves overseeing the rehabilitation programs,
managing therapy staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care to
patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or illnesses. The
Director of Rehab will develop innovative strategies to enhance
patient outcomes, guarantee compliance with healthcare regulations,
and maintain operational excellence. This role requires exceptional
leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation practices,
and a passion for patient care. Oversee daily operations of
rehabilitation services and programs. Develop and implement
rehabilitation practices tailored to patient needs. Manage,
recruit, and train rehabilitation staff. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Conduct regular evaluations
of program effectiveness and staff performance. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to integrate and optimize patient care.
Manage departmental budgets and resources. Proven leadership and
management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in program development and management Knowledge of
regulatory healthcare standards and compliance Ability to mentor
and motivate teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE) is
preferred.
