Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
pediatric Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have a love for children, interested in learning new
skills, and will fluently speak both Spanish and English. We have a
highly skilled team of speech therapists who love to mentor and
share their knowledge. Plus, we have a bilingual mentor to help
newer therapists feel well supported. Experience in pediatric
therapy and a background in evaluating and treating multi-language
learners who have a wide range of developmental delays,
disabilities, and disorders is preferred, but not required. We
welcome new graduates to apply and take advantage of our mentorship
program! Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to
evaluate each child's language, articulation, oral motor/feeding
skills, and more! Develop individualized treatment plans tailored
to meet the unique needs and goals of each child and their family.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve
functional independence. Collaborate closely with caregivers and
members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and
holistic care. Provide education and support to families regarding
therapeutic strategies, home programs, and carryover plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments,
progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory
standards. Qualifications: Master's degree (or higher) in Speech
Pathology. Current Arkansas ST license or eligibility for license
as a Speech Therapist. Skills in evaluating and treating children
with various diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder,
developmental delays, and others. Proficiency in administering
standardized assessments and outcome measures. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
