working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Joplin,
Missouri, 64804! Job Title: NICU RN Profession: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years in a Level III NICU
License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: 3 years of
experience in a Level III NICU Familiarity with bubble CPAP and
high flow Experience in high-risk deliveries Description: Flu
vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1 to April
1. Exceptions must be client approved. The role requires excellent
communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The ideal
candidate must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices,
and procedures related to a Level III NICU. Responsibilities
include caring for neonates in a 16-bed NICU with patient ratios of
1:2 or 1:3. Weekend hours are required as dictated by the facility,
typically every other weekend. Float requirements may include
moving to mother/baby and pediatrics as needed. The healthcare
environment prioritizes a team-playing attitude, optimism,
kindness, and great initiative. Dress code includes black scrubs,
and no t-shirts with writing other than accepted attire are
