This opportunity offers the chance to practice within a highly advanced, tertiary-care environment supported by extensive subspecialty collaboration and state-of-the-art facilities.Practice Highlights Join an established surgical team consisting of: Cardiothoracic surgeons Thoracic surgeons Vascular surgeons Extensive group support from a large cardiology division, including interventional and non-interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists Dedicated cardiovascular intensive care unit with advanced mechanical circulatory support, including VA and VV ECMO Newly renovated operating suite featuring approximately 28,000 square feet of modern surgical space Four dedicated cardiovascular operating rooms Advanced OR design elements including stainless steel walls, terrazzo flooring, and laminar airflow systems to enhance sterility and air quality Ceiling-mounted booms for lights and equipment to maximize open floor space Digitally integrated operating rooms with advanced inter-suite communication systems Enclosed skywalk connecting clinic space directly to the main operating rooms, allowing efficient workflowCompensation and Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package* Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidatesPractice EnvironmentThis opportunity is within a mission-driven, nonprofit healthcare system anchored by a large tertiary-care hospital.
