working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Joplin,

years in a Level III NICU License: Active RN License
Certifications: BLS AHA, NRP Must-Have: 3 years of experience in a
Level III NICU STABLE certification Experience with bubble CPAP and
high flow Description: The position involves providing care in a
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The unit consists of a 16-bed Level
III NICU. The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 1:2 or 1:3.
Equipment used includes GE equipment, and the electronic medical
record system is EPIC. Excellent communication, analytical, and
organizational skills are required. Candidates must be familiar
with various concepts, practices, and procedures required in a
Level III NICU. Good team players who are optimistic, kind, and
show great initiative will fit well in this role. The dress code
for this position involves wearing black scrubs. Any attire that is
not black scrubs or has writing other than approved logos is
considered unacceptable. Weekend work may be required, typically
every other weekend. Call requirements will be determined by the
facility. Floating to mother/baby and pediatrics may be required as
needed. The current environment includes an emphasis on patient
safety and quality of care. Candidates must adhere to flu
vaccination requirements during specific periods. Experience with
