in a fast-paced stepdown and telemetry unit, ensuring patient
safety and excellent clinical outcomes during night shifts. This
13-week contract opportunity requires a skilled RN with experience
in progressive care, ready to manage complex cases and collaborate
within a dynamic healthcare team. Location:Positioned in Rogers,

Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care using the Nursing
Process aligned with state regulations and facility policies
Monitor patients in stepdown and telemetry settings, anticipating
needs and intervening appropriately Utilize critical thinking and
clinical judgment to provide safe, effective care Coordinate and
delegate tasks to support staff based on their qualifications and
the needs of the unit Maintain competencies through ongoing
education and training Float between stepdown and telemetry units
as needed, adapting to varied clinical demands Qualifications and
Experience: Current RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years
experience in stepdown nursing ACLS and BLS certifications required
Proficient in managing critically ill patients requiring telemetry
monitoring Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work
independently during night shifts Willingness to float between
related units to meet patient care needs Schedule: Night shift:
6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Every other weekend required Contract Details:
