Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details: Mercy Float Pool offers opportunities to meet new people, expand your skills and knowledge through new challenging assignments- and give you the opportunity to pass on skills and knowledge to others! The RN will provide competent care to patients in the following settings: Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care areas. The RN will float to each department as needed. Qualifications: - Required Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program - Licensure: RN License in the state of Arkansas or compact state - Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association - Preferred: 2 years of critical care experience Why Mercy?
