Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details: Sign on Bonus available for Experienced RN's $15,000 for Experienced RN's (No Contract) Mercy Carthage is a 25-bed hospital serving the Carthage and surrounding areas. The Medical Surgical unit, also known as Med-Surg, is a specialty unit that makes up the foundation of nursing. Mercy Carthage is a 25-bed hospital serving the Carthage and surrounding areas and manages acute medical surgical patients with a wide range of diagnoses and care needs. Functionally, this unit houses and cares for patients who are preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions. If you would like to connect with a Recruiter for additional questions, please reach out to Alex @ Alexandria.Swezey@Mercy.net Qualifications: - Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). - Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. - Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.
