Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,655 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: COTA Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Acute Care Hospital Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year Acute and Outpatient experience required License: Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required Certifications: BLS Certification required Must-Have: Travelers must commit to completing assigned modules before the start date. Description: COTA position with day shifts available. Charting experience is required. Must have charting experience with Epic noted next to assignments. No first-time travelers will be accepted; a minimum of one successful travel assignment is required, with no performance or attendance issues. Potential weekend coverage of one shift per month may be required. No block scheduling requests will be accommodated. Maximum of five total days off in this 13-week assignment; holidays are excluded. No additional time off will be granted after submission. Zero-fault attendance policy is in place, meaning any missed scheduled shift, for any reason, will count as unexcused. Two missed shifts may result in a warning, and three or more missed shifts could potentially lead to cancellation. Candidates must comply with all standard requirements without exceptions. Familiarity with the patient population is essential. Common diagnoses include Stroke, Cardiac surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, respiratory failure, and chronic conditions. Candidates should have experience managing amputations and nonhealing wounds. Interdisciplinary support is available within the unit. Travelers must obtain all necessary credentials and demonstrate a clear background check. All candidates are required to have one reference from a Manager or Unit Supervisor within the past year in the relevant specialty.
