13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30 or
09:00 - 17:30 depending on department needs) Experience: Minimum 1
year of acute care and 1 year of outpatient experience required
License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, PTA,
State License Must-Have: Familiarity with EPIC charting system is
required Description: Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Shift hours are either 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
based on department needs. One Saturday per month is required.
Clinician may float between outpatient and inpatient settings as
necessary. No requests for time off on holidays or the days
surrounding holidays will be accepted. Maximum of five total days
off allowed during the assignment, with no additional time off
permitted after submission. Zero-fault attendance policy applies;
missed shifts result in warnings or potential cancellation.
Candidates must possess experience in physical therapy settings,
including acute care and outpatient facilities. Skills in various
therapeutic techniques and equipment use are essential. Daily
responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning,
and implementing therapeutic interventions. Collaboration with
interdisciplinary teams is expected to ensure optimal patient care.
Candidates should have experience with diverse patient populations
